Faculties available for education in English are General Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy, Medical and Preventative Care. Admission exams will be organized in English (Interview in Chemistry and Biology).
The exams program is equal in English and in Russian. The admission exams will include oral (online) exam and an interview. You will be tested in two subjects during the oral (online) exam and the interview: Chemistry and Biology.
The number of spots for the General Medicine Faculty (English program) is 220, Dentistry Faculty (English program) is 30, Pharmacy Faculty (English program) is 30, Medical and Preventative Care is 15.
The Admission period (the period when you are able to upload your documents) starts on the 15th of April.
Educational program will start on the 1st of September (unless any changes occur due to unforeseen circumstances. All the enrolled students will be personally informed).
In 2023 all the documents of the enrollees for the English program will be accepted remotely. The documents should be provided via an

ONLINE PLATFORM FOR DOCUMENTS SUBMISSION
(Online registration module)
1. Application for admission is a document which is generated automatically after you fill in your personal data in your personal account in the online registration module. Be careful, the document will be generated in Russian, you have to print the Russian version, fill in and print the English version, sign both version, scan both version in single joint PDF document and attach it in your personal account while filling in Step 4 of the registration in the online registration module in the field «Application».
Attention! The personal data in your personal account must be absolutely the same as in the printed, signed and attached application. Attaching the scanned and signed application is obligatory!
2. Passport and/or ID including the visa for Russian Federation (if you need or have one). The Passport/ID must be scanned (all the pages, even the empty ones), translated into Russian (the translation must be notarized), then all the scanned pages of the Passport/ID and the notarized translation must be united in a single PDF file and attached in the online registration module at Sep 4 in the field «ID/Passport». In case you have an active visa for Russian Federation it must be included in the same PDF document.
Attachment of the scanned Passport is obligatory in the online registration module.
3. A document confirming your previous education
It should be a scanned document confirming your previous education (certificate, diploma, etc.) including all the main and attached pages. If your surname in the education document differs from the one in your Passport/ID you should also provide the scan of a marriage/divorce certificate or any other official document confirming the change of your surname. All these documents must be also translated and notarized. If your education document does not comply with the international recognition agreements, you might also go through the nostrification process (to receive a testimony of recognition).
All the pages of the Documents confirming your previous education must be scanned and united in a single PDF file and attached in the online registration module at Sep 4 in the field «A document confirming your education».

4. Medical certificate
An enrollee should provide the canned medical certificate with all the findings, results of the specialists examinations and labs as well as all the preventive vaccinations list (the data should be filled in the medical certificate). If you don’t have a medical certificate, you will have to provide it during the first months of your education.
All the pages of the Medical certificate must be scanned and united in a single PDF file and attached in the online registration module at Sep 4 in the field «Other documents».
5. Enrollment consent
Only the enrollees who have attached the enrollment consent will be enrolled in case of the positive exam results. The enrollment consent is an obligatory document. You must fill in and sign both the Russian and the English versions. The Enrollment consent (both English and Russian) must be printed, signed, scanned, united in a single PDF file and attached in the online registration module at Sep 4 in the field «Other documents».
6. Other documents
If necessary.
After enrollment foreign citizens will be requested to sign an insurance agreement in SamSMU Clinics hospital.
IMPORTANT! IF YOU HAVE RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ADMITTED TO THE EXAM PROCESS, IT DOESN’T MEAN THAT YOU HAVE BEEN ADMITTED IN THE UNIVERSITY!
YOU ARE ONLY CONSIDERED ADMITTED IN THE UNIVERSITY WHEN THE OFFICIAL ORDER IS SIGNED BY THE RECTOR!
